Last weekend was my best friend Kristen's baby shower. We had a great day and it was so much fun planning with her mother and mother-in-law. Since we were keeping the party gender neutral, we went with a citrus fruit themed party. We had a lot of fun incorporating these colors and fruits throughout the house especially with the candy station! Here are just a few pics from the day. Kristen and Brian we are all so excited for you two and couldn't be happier for you on your new addition to the family!

Ellie's Baby Sprinkle
Recently we got a great group of ladies together for one of my best friend's "Baby Sprinkle". Since this is her second little boy, she already had most of the items you would typically get at a shower, so we wanted everyone to bring the essentials...diapers, clothes, etc. We were never able to throw her a baby shower with the first baby due to some serious medical conditions, resulting in the baby being born very premature. Fortunately, Dutch is as healthy as can be now and will be such a great BIG brother. As a result, we wanted to make this shower very special for her.
The "Thank You's" were placed at each place seating made by myself, for all guests to take home with them. They were very time consuming but added the personal touch that I wanted to give the shower. The sugar handmade blue booties were made by the famous Executive Pastry Chef, Laure'l Silverberg, and the white chocolate covered oreos with blue filling were made by Event Specialist, Tammy Ciampi. "It's a Boy" cupcakes were provided by Sprinkles and the event was hosted at the wonderful "The Keg" at Desert Ridge. The staff there was on top of it and very helpful. Thank you Hunter for your hard work!
Ellie, love you girl! You are a beautiful person inside and out and thank you for being such a great friend to me. So happy for you and Dan. You two are amazing parents and little Dane will be very lucky to have you as parents, as is Dutch :)

Latest Projects...
Some of our dear friends' anniversary was a few weeks ago and I've known them for a very long time. I've always wanted to put together something special for them with pictures but never knew what I wanted to do. I finally thought of an idea that would be unique for them and it would also be an easy way for them to display it. It was so hard trying to figure out which pictures to use since I had a huge stack from the many wonderful times that we've shared over the last twelve years. This is a mirror that you hang on the back of a door and it has the memory board around it to post things on it. I think they were happy with how it turned out :) Happy 5 year anniversary Kemp and Linds! Love you guys!
This memory board was for my wonderful brother Christopher. He has been doing a fantastic job selling cars at Enterprise for the last few years! He is exceptional at custom service and all of his clients absolutely adore him! He truly cares about what people are looking for and he makes sure that he finds them that perfect car that they are seeking. He takes a picture with every person that he sells a car to, so this is just a collage to remind him of what a great job he is doing and how he makes a difference in people's lives! Love you Chris and I'm so proud of you! Enterprise Car Sales is lucky to have you!
This collage was made for another brother of mine when he graduated from Paramedic School. He loves his job as a firefighter and becoming a paramedic is not an easy task. The poem is fantastic and no I did not write the poem. I just wanted him to know that we are all proud of everything that he has accomplished. Great job Mike!
This book was put together for my best friend's birthday a few years ago. It is a very special book to me because it has hundreds of pictures in it from some of the best times in my life that we've shared together. Her and I have been friends since we were babies and have remained friends throughout our whole lives. We were each other's maid of honors in the weddings that we had literally been planning since we were 5 years old. We have shared so many amazing memories together...laughs, inside jokes, parties, tears, vacations, sleepovers, conversations about guys, jobs, schools, family, life and the list could go on and on... I am truly grateful to have her in my life even though we do not get to see each other that often anymore. She will always be my forever friend! I love you Kristen!

Most Recent Project
I just finished up a project for a coworker of mine. She wanted to have a book made for each of her boys. She told me that she didn't want them to be girly at all, so that meant no glitter or cute embellishments. I had to make these as manly as possible. That was a little bit challenging for me because my mind always tends to go that way but I was very happy with the results. They turned out great with pictures ranging from when they were little babies to grown handsome young men.
Here are a few photos of each of the albums...
